Buckeyes (with Marshmallow Creme)

Ingredients

  • ½ c. butter (one stick), softened
  • 1 18 oz jar peanut butter
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • ½ small jar marshmallow creme
  • Chocolate coating or almond bark

Directions

In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Add powdered sugar slowly until mixture becomes stiff. Rolls mixture into balls and set on waxed paper. Melt chocolate coating and dip balls into the mixture. Place on waxed paper and allow to harden.
