Harvest Apple Salsa


  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 medium pear, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped seedless red grapes
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest

Combine the apples, pear, grapes, celery, walnuts, brown sugar, orange juice and orange zest. Mix to combine. Serve with Cinnamon Chips.

Makes 8 servings. 0 grams of fat per serving
