- 1 (11-ounces) jar of hamburger dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 1/4 tablespoons paprika
- 1 1/4 tablespoons cayenne
- 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- dash of tabasco sauce (optional)
Combine flour, beer, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic salt and Tabasco.
Dip the pickle slices into the batter and quickly fry in grease until the pickles float to top, about 4 minutes.
