- 1 1b. fresh/frozen cooked lumb crabmeat,thawed
- 1/2 lb. frozen cooked small shrimp, thawed
- 1 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1-1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- non stick cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all ingredients and place in a 2Quart casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Bake covered for 45 minutes.
