Seafood Casserole


  • 1 1b. fresh/frozen cooked lumb crabmeat,thawed
  • 1/2 lb. frozen cooked small shrimp, thawed
  • 1 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • non stick cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all ingredients and place in a 2Quart casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Bake covered for 45 minutes.
