Indian Red Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew beef
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp curry paste — or powder
  • 1 dash cinnamon,cardamom, and pepper
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

Brown meat and garlic in butter, then add spices and stir fry few minutes. Add red pepper and coconut milk. Reduce heat and simmer til done (2-3 hours, add water if necessary.)
