Broccoli and Cheese Pie


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli (can use frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese — or other type
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham or crumbled bacon
  • 1/3 cup onion — chopped fine


Combine all ingredients and toss. Pour into 10 inch greased pie pan. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350 F or until knife comes out clean.
