Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars



  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups  pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. SPLENDA brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup SPLENDA white sugar
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift together the dry ingredients. Set aside.

Mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Beat well. Slowly add the dry ingredients.

Fold in chocolate chips and nuts

Spread in an ungreased 15 x 10 pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
