Broccoli and Cheddar Pie


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli — (or more)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese — or other type
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham — or crumbled bacon
  • 1/3 cup onion — chopped fine


Combine all ingredients and toss. Pour into 10 inch greased pie pan. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350 F or until knife comes out clean.

Nutritional Facts – 305 Calories, 25g Fat (72.4% calories from fat), 17g Protein, 4g Carbohydrate, 1g Dietary Fiber, 251mg Cholesterol, 487mg Sodium
