Mom’s Easter Ham with Pineapple Glaze


  • 5 1/2 to 6 lb. boneless ham, fully cooked
  • 12 large pineapple slices
  • 1 c. maple syrup
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 T. prepared mustard
  • whole cloves (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place ham on rack in roasting pan.  Lay pineapple slices on outside of ham attaching with toothpicks or whole cloves. Combine syrup, brown sugar and prepared mustard in small bowl. Brush generously with ham glaze. Dot outside with whole cloves.  Bake 1 1/2 hours basting 2 or 3 times. If desired add a little pineapple juice to glaze. Serve extra glaze with ham.
