Peanut Butter Balls/Buckeyes

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 T. butter, softened
  • 1 T. milk
  • 2 t. sugar
  • ½ t. vanilla
  • ½ c. peanut butter
  • 1 package chocolate almond bark

Directions:

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except peanut butter until blended.  Beat in the peanut butter.  Roll mixture in ¾” balls.  Refrigerate 2 hours.  Melt almond bark.  Dip balls in melted chocolate.  Let dry overnight.
